We collect the information you provide through our inquiry, documentation, and distributor application forms. This may include your name, email address, organization, phone number, country, and the details of your inquiry. We also derive an approximate country from your request IP address for inquiry routing; this may reflect your network or VPN rather than your physical location.
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, supply requested documentation, verify batch references, evaluate partnership applications, and maintain our own records of correspondence.

We do not sell your information. Inquiry, documentation, and distributor form submissions, including the approximate IP country when available, are delivered to our team's configured private Telegram and/or Discord channels. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security-check data to protect these forms from automated submissions. After a successful security check, public IP addresses are sent to ipwho.is over HTTPS for country lookup; private/local addresses are not sent. Our server keeps keyed hashes and delivery references for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse; it does not save form contents in that security store. Country lookup results are cached in memory under keyed IP hashes for up to one hour. Information may also be shared where required by applicable law.
Information is retained only for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.
